   All exercise is not equal for balancing the ratio of muscle and fat. Exercise improves health if it stimulates muscle development and burns fat without over-stimulating adrenalin. Too much cardio or aerobic exercise over-stimulates adrenalin. Excessive adrenalin can use up muscle, and muscle is the human generator for burning fat, manufacturing energy and generally sustaining health and youthfulness.
